Return/Exchange: Request within 5 days of delivery.

Conditions: Product must be unused, no try-on marks, tags attached, and in original packaging. Otherwise return will be rejected.

Wrong/Damaged: Unboxing video required (from sealed parcel to product, no cuts).

Size Exchange: 1-time free exchange. Used products will not be accepted.

COD Refund: Refund will be sent to UPI/Bank. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Fake Claims Rejected: Colour difference, used product, tag removed, no unboxing video.
